John was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and later raised in mid-Michigan. John is a graduate of Michigan State University and a proud Spartan. After moving to Utah for the excellent skiing and mountain biking, he decided to build a business centered around the core values of excellent customer service—exemplary communication and customer support, which set the foundation for what JM Alexander has become today.
